Zilzal is the Arabic word for 'earthquake,' and there couldn't be a more fitting word to describe the collision of musical worlds on the debut album by the duo of guitarist Ayman Fanous and violinist Jason Kao Hwang. Beautifully recorded by Sal Mormando and mastered by Grammy winner Silas Brown, these improvisations were performed with no prior musical planning. But Fanous and Hwang have become so well-attuned to each other's gestures, moods, and trajectories that sometimes the music can sound through-composed. Figure and ground give way to each other seamlessly, and at times meld into one and the same. Throughout the recording, Fanous and Hwang employ the full palettes available to them, resulting in a music that is at once orchestral, cinematic, spontaneous, and at all times, visceral. In short, this is contemporary instrumental music of great beauty, depth, energy, and sensitivity. This is stuff is legit! I have PCOS and unwanted hair on my face. I have used this for 5 days and the hair I usually am shaving or plucking withing a day in a half has not returned since I started this. 5 day!!!! No hair!!!

ok as part of skin routine, but will take time to see if works

I was curious about this product because the idea of a natural product for reducing unwanted hair growth sounded appealing, but my experience was mixed at best. The oil itself feels decent on the skin and didn’t cause irritation for me, which is a plus, especially since it claims to be suitable for all skin types. That said, I did not see dramatic or fast hair-removal results, and it definitely does not work like waxing, shaving, or laser treatments. At most, it seemed like something that might help a little over time with consistent use, but the claims about reducing body hair growth felt stronger than the actual results. If you are buying this expecting a miracle product, you may be disappointed. It may be fine as part of a skincare routine, but I would keep expectations realistic.

Curious to see if it works

I’ve started a whole new shaving routine and decided to give this stuff a shot, with what I’ve used thus far I can say the smell is pleasant if you enjoy earthy and floral scents. It has a perfumey scent, but the oil itself left my skin glowing and soft. I’m anxious to continue use!

Great for my middle-aged skin
I found that with age my typically normal skin which gave me no issues when I was a teenager became prone to weird acne that would not want to go away, redness, and overall less vitality. I was using expensive Dermalogica creams for years and loved them, until my skin decided they were not good anymore. My skin just became so much more sensitive in my forties.
This cream is so gentle on my skin and it doesn't irritate it. It's rich enough to moisturize but not too heavy to cause issues. The price is great too for the quality and volume. I'm glad I found it.
