整體是帶有香蕉般的吟釀香，以及少許西柚般酸酸的味道。
酒最初流入口腔時，會感受到令人醒神的酸味。雖然是略嫌青澀的酸味，但與使用柑橘(柚子、檸檬、山椒)等的料理配合度極佳，與蕃茄的旨味、酸味也很搭配。
比起口味清淡的純和食，更容易配合和洋創作料理、西方料理。
