Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):

Q: Does this include the track and handle?
A: No. This listing is for the door slab only; barn door hardware is sold separately.

Q: Can the door be trimmed?
A: Yes—up to 2 in from the bottom only for height and up to 1/2 in total from the sides for width; trimming beyond this voids the warranty.

Q: Is the glass transparent?
A: The glass is frosted (satin white) for privacy while still letting light through.

Q: What type of wood and core does it use?
A: It is knotty pine with a solid-core construction for weight and durability.

Q: What openings will this size cover?
A: A 42-in wide door typically covers openings around 36.5 in wide when used as a sliding barn door.

Soft-Diffused Light Meets Rustic Refinement

This barn door washes your room in a gentle, pearlescent glow while the knotty pine grain adds an organic, tactile warmth. I love the rhythmic 5-lite pattern—graphic yet timeless, it frames privacy with elegance. Float it over a muted wall and pair with matte-black hardware for chic contrast. It’s a luxe, functional statement that elevates everyday passages.

Bring home this Masonite 5-lite barn door to add privacy, warmth, and designer impact in a single, ready-to-finish slab.

Please use a larger font
Format: Hardcover
Over 60 and sometimes have a difficult time with too small print? My advise .. either read it on an ebook or skip this one. I read the first chapter despite the small font size that made it a little too difficult to read. While I found it informative and well worth reading I'm probably not going to read anymore and return it to the library. Mass market paperback books with small print I can understand. Hardback non-fiction books (which are generally read by an older crowd I suspect) make no sense to me. 5 stars for the content I read. 1 star (generously) for the font size.

Great review and analysis of a law that underpins the Internet
Format: Kindle
This book provides a detailed history of how section 230 if the Communications Decency Act came to be, its importance and its problems as the industry of the Internet matures. While it is ultimately a defense of that law, it is an eyes wide open look at it as well. It is not a prophet's telling of what to do, but instead an informative read that gives the reader an ability to assess what might be done to address the issues 230 raises.
