MX70 Evolution Series Rapid Change Dumbbell System features our unique MX SELECT patented rack-and-pinion design with a secure, Positive Lock System. Dial up your weight selection – lock it in – and train with absolute certainty.

The MX70 EVO Rapid Change Dumbbell System is offered with Two Handle choices and can be easily be Upgraded to the MX100 EVO as your weight needs grow.

1st. The MX70 Evo CH Features contoured dense rubber grip with a grip size of ~36mm diameter and Yellow Polymer adjustment dials with black weight dial decals.

2nd. The Premium MX70 KH Features Machined Knurled Metal Grip with ~ 29mm diameter and premium Machined Knurled Metal adjustment dials.

  • Each MX70 EVO Dumbbell has a listed weight range of 10-70 lbs per Dumbbell. Starting at 10lbs going up to 70lbs in 10lbs increments with standard dial adjustments. (Add the optional Micro weight kits for micro weight adjustments in as little as 1.25lbs)
  • Each side of the MX Select Evo Handle features independent weight dial adjustments. This allows for unique weight settings and micro weight adjustments. Each weight plate on the MX70 EVO weighs ~5lbs. Many people recovering from injury, building strength and or working on accessory muscle groups find it safer and easier to increase weight in smaller increments. With The MX Select MX 70 EVO you can simply adjust one dial one weight setting higher to increase the weight of the overall adjustment in 5lbs increments. Our Optional Micro Load weight plates allow for even more versatility.
  • Offset Weight adjustments. Not only does the MX Select Evo weight adjustment allow for smaller weight increments. Many of our customers love offset weight training where a user purposefully adds multiple plates to one end of the dumbbell vs the other. This creates a purposefully unbalanced dumbbell, As many movements in everyday life are unbalanced, working with offset weight training may help with balance, muscle focus and injury prevention. At the very least, experimenting with off set / unbalanced dumbbells can add some fun variety to normal movements not available with other dumbbells.

Stronger and Smaller: With Redesigned Weight Plates featuring 100% Laser Cut Steel Machined Plates with nylon reinforced webbed locking tabs, The MX Select EVO line our smallest and strongest dumbbell ever.

Even More Weight Adjustments! Looking for a crazy amount of weight options. Add The optional MX EVO Micro Adjustment Plates.

Optional 1.25 lbs and 2.5 lbs Weight increment plates. Designed to work work seamlessly within the new MX EVO line. These new Micro Increment Weight Plates magnetically attach to the inside of one or both gear housings to add an incredible variety of weight options. The MX EVO Weight Increment Plates come in two sizes, both sizes work with the entire line of new MX EVO line dumbbells.

  1. MX EVO 1.25 x 4 Weight Increment Plate Kit. This kit includes four 1.25 lbs micro weight plates and micro storage cradle that attaches to either end of the MX Select EVO Dumbbell cradles when not in use.
  2. MX EVO 2.5 x 4 Weight Increment Plate Kit. This kit includes four 2.5 lbs micro weight plates and micro storage cradle that attaches to either end of the MX Select EVO Dumbbell cradles when not in use.

With the addition of optional MX EVO 2.5 x 4 Micro Weight Kit The MX70 EVO dumbbells can adjust from 10 lbs to 75 lbs in 5 lbs standard increments and 2.5lbs by adding just one Micro Adjustment Increment Plate to the handle.

Combine the MX70 EVO With both MX EVO 1.25 and and MX EVO 2.5 x 4 Micro Weight Kits and allow for weight adjustments in as little as 1.25lbs from 10 lbs to 75 lbs Giving you and industry leading 53 different weight combinations per dumbbell from 10 to 75 lbs.

Due to material variations and Manufacturing tolerances actual weight of the dumbbell may vary by 1 to 4 lbs vs the stated weight shown.

Very easy to use
Size: 12 Pairs / 24 pcs
I have an Onkyo audio/video receiver along with an Emotiva amplifier. Both have speaker "post" terminals which will accept banana plugs, OR I can connect the speaker wires by unscrewing the posts, poke the speaker wires into the terminals and then tighten the posts. The problem with poking the wires into the terminals and tightening the posts vs using banana plugs is that there is a risk of the wires touching the metal on the back of the chassis or touching other speaker wires, causing a short if one is not careful. With banana plugs, they simply plug into the back/top of the posts, eliminating the rsick of a short circuit. They can also be unplugged very easily if needed. Banana plugs are DEFINITELY the preferred way to connect speakers to an receiver or amplifier if they have post-style terminals. These particular banana plugs came in a package of 12 I believe. They were very reasonably priced, and simple to connect to the end of the speaker wires. Simply unscrew the banana plugs, use a small, standard jewelry screwdriver and loosen both of the set screws, insert the speaker wire, then tighten the set screws, and then screw the banana plug back together. The plugs have either a red band which would typically be used for your "Right" speakers, or a black band which would typically be used for the "left" speakers. The banana plugs insert into the top or front of the speaker terminal posts on the amp and receiver. They fit VERY snug, and so I did have to apply just a little bit of pressure in order to insert them into the posts, but once plugged in, rest assured they're not going anywhere. They are snug. I highly recommend these.

Well made, a solid connection.
Size: 6 Pairs / 12 pcs
I liked them. They really lock down on the speaker wire to make a firm connection. They seem well made and are easy to install. My system sounds great.

Tips broke in the binding post
Size: 12 Pairs / 24 pcs, Size: 12 Pairs / 24 pcs
UPDATE: Two tips broke off when unplugging them from the binding post and are now lodged in. Inexcusable and an utterly poor product. Solid connection in the binding post with no wobble or wiggle. They require some force to insert into the binding post, but once they're in they remain snug. I also tried removing and reinserting a few times and the connection remained solid. I've used other plugs in the past that have a softer tip and easily deform after one or two insertions. These do not have that issue.
