用奈良縣榛原培植酒米、由專門培植酒米農家生駒先生特別栽培、100％奈良產的酒米而釀造。「Blanc 伊勢錦」使用協會6號酵母而成、香氣優良、 伊勢錦米和6號酵母配合得天衣無縫、輕快的旨味加上清新酸度的大吟釀。
使用不同酒米或採用速醸、生酛、山廃製法等等、令他們的酒造出多種不同味道、而且大部分都是生酒。充分發揮濃郁香醇的米味、同時帶著微炭酸那清新口感的篠峯在日本也十分受歡迎。日本著名酒類銷售店大多數都有售賣篠峯、現在十分受注目的一所酒蔵。

Love it but small amount
